About Forever and Bloom

Hello, I’m Gill — founder of Forever and Bloom Funeral Flowers. This business is my passion, my purpose, and a tribute to someone very dear to my heart.

In June 2025, I lost my wonderful mum. The heartbreak was immense, but in that moment, I knew exactly what she would want me to do for her. My mum was a florist for most of her life and taught me everything I know about flowers — their beauty, their meaning, and the comfort they can bring. Creating floral arrangements was her art and her joy, and she passed that love on to me from a young age.

When the time came, I knew I had to create her tribute flowers myself (and that I’d better do a blooming good job!). With the help of her sister, we made a beautiful casket spray that I know Mum would have loved and been so proud of.

That experience changed my path. It showed me how powerful flowers can be in moments of loss — how they can bring peace, express love, and offer comfort when words fall short. While many florists focus on weddings or celebrations, I knew my heart belonged here: supporting families through the hardest of times, and helping them say goodbye with care, dignity, and beauty.

And so, Forever and Bloom Funeral Flowers was born.

My goal is to make the process as gentle and supportive as possible. I offer guidance, compassion, and flexibility — whether you’d like to meet in person, order online, or chat over the phone. I can deliver tributes directly to the undertakers on the day of the funeral or to any location that suits you best.
